Our room was well appointed and quiet. The view of the river was great. The location was superb. Breakfast was awesome, the chef cooking the eggs was exceptional and very friendly. The valet staff were fantastic.

The stay overall was wonderful. Great location, comfy bed and very clean. We also ate at the Lennon's Restaurant onsite and the food and service were fantastic. A slight downside, when we arrived to check in, the hotel didn't have record of our reservation. Luckily, I had the booking.com confirmation showing the dates and that we had already paid. An extremely helpful and friendly staff member, Terence, investigated for us and it turned out there was a communication breakdown between booking.com and the hotel which is why they didn't have record of our booking. Terence was very professional and was able to rebook us at no extra cost (luckily, they had vacancy). Thank you, Terence, for looking after us and getting things sorted. I'll now be confirming my bookings directly with hotels, even if booking.com send through the confirmation.

We had a fantastic stay! The entire experience was exceptional – from the convenient central location to the friendly and attentive staff. The swimming pool was amazing, and we only wish we had more time to enjoy it fully. The breakfast was delicious, and I was especially impressed with the variety of gluten-free options available. We stayed in the suite with two adjoining rooms, which was a lovely setup for three. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again!”

Perfect location on Queen Street Mall where you have access to everything (shops, casino, clubs, pubs, eateries, cafes and more). The pool area was great to just relax and watch the world go by The room was small however very comfortable which a nice, clean and spacious bathroom. We also liked that there was a small fridge that we could add our own food/drinks too. The bed was super comfy!

The bed was comfortable. The housekeeping was good. The breakfast was excellent. The dining room was good. Reception staff very polite. Location excellent for bus transport and shopping.

Location Fantastic ----- great for walking shopping . We were upgraded by a WONDERFUL Receptionist from NZ ---- Very Welcoming & Extremely polite. The bed was very comfortable & noise was a minimum. Ensuite very clean ALL spotless ! Food Beautiful & presentation "A1" Thankyou

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Every single staff member was clearly happy to be there. Seamless check in and out. The food was fresh and delicious. Quiet room. Perfect size and setup. Again, I can't fault this accommodation. Was an absolute joy to stay there and will definitely be back.

The staff at the laneway entrance were amazing. They were so helpful and caring towards us and everyone that came through as we were there. As well as the care taken with my new car. The Hibiscus room was outstanding. The staff were friendly and professional, the food was amazing and there was a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and a really lovely outlook over the mall. The staff were helpful and attentive. The room was clean and tidy and ample room for a guest with a disability throughout the whole space.
